Report Card Conference Registration

Thursday, 4/7 3:15-8:00 PM and Friday, 4/8 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

(Reminder: there is NO student attendance on Friday 4/8)

Conferences will be in person or on zoom and will be 10-15 minutes in duration. Please choose two time preferences for a conference and your child’s teacher will confirm the scheduled time and send you the zoom link if necessary. Please fill out a separate form for each child. For middle school, please sign up with your child’s homeroom teacher. You can leave a message for your child’s teacher when requesting a date and time. We encourage ALL parents to sign up for a conference.
