Traveler's Gala

Our annual auction, The Traveler's Gala, is our biggest event of the year.  This is the primary opportunity we have to stay current with technology and educational enhancements for the school without using tuition for that purpose, meaning that 100 percent of tuition dollars goes to the management of the school's operating budget.  In recent years auction funds have been invested in technology, staff development, classroom improvements, field trips and other ancillary educational enhancements. Definitely an event not to be missed!

The 2012 Traveler's Gala is headed to the circus! Join us on Friday, April 27, 6:30 p.m. at the Drake Hotel for Live and Silent Auctions, Cocktails, Dinner and Dancing.

Please consider partnering with us as a Patron to help underwrite the expenses of this event so more of the auction proceeds will be able to support the educational needs of the school.  

The following levels are available:
  • Maverick   $1000 +
  • Gold    $500 - $999
  • Maroon    $100 - $499

All patrons of the St. James Lutheran Traveler's Gala will be included on:

  • Table Tents at each table at the Event
  • Signage at the School and Church
  • The Invitation (if Patron Card is received by February 27)

Additionally, patrons in the Maverick category will receive two tickets to the gala ($200 value) and patrons in the Gold category will receive one ticket to the gala ($100 value).
